Sands Holiday House
A luxurious house situated with in its own croft in the small crofting township of Big Sand, 4 miles west of Gairloch. Enjoying a raised site providing outstanding views of the Torridon Mountains, Skye and the sandy beach next to the Sands Caravan and Camping Site.
The one and half storey house was built in 2005 and has been luxuriously fitted out for 6 persons comfortably.
Ground Floor
There is under-floor heating throughout the ground floor, a large kitchen diner with southerly facing views, sliding doors leading out onto the garden which has a patio and large bench table to eat out or relax when weather permits. The lounge has a large LCD TV with freeview and home cinema kit, leather seating and a very efficient multi fuel stove which can be used by guests when ever required and wood or coal will be available at no extra cost. There is a bathroom with bath, toilet and wash hand basin and also an en-suite bedroom with king size bed. Also on the ground floor is a utility room with washing machine, sink, freezer and clothes drying pulley.
Upstairs
There are three bedrooms upstairs one with king size bed, one twin bedded and one single bedroom. Also upstairs is a separate walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Outside
With a secluded location it has its own driveway, large parking area, washing line area and garden with children’s swing this location is perfect for a luxurious get-away any time of the year.
