• Season runs from 27th March to 25th
October 2010.
• Hire Period: 1 week or multiples of Saturday - Saturday.
• Short Breaks available of a minimum of two nights outwith July and August.
• Deposit required on booking is £100 - the balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Insurance - we strongly recommend that cover is taken (as refunds cannot be made).
• Dogs - Strictly no pets allowed in the holiday homes.
• Pillows, duvets and bed linen are provided in all caravans. Towels and tea towels are not provided.
• Caravans are ready for occupation from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
• Latest arrival time is 8.00pm, prior arrangements to be made should arrival be later.
• All prices include gas, electricity and VAT at 15%
• All caravans are non-smoking
A security deposit of £100.00 per unit will be payable before access to the accommodation. It will be paid on arrival and is separate from any other payment. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay if the caravan is left as found in a clean and satisfactory condition and damages reported.

No 4: 2008 model Cosalt Torino 35’x12’ One double, two twin bedded rooms, separate toilet/shower room. Full central heating in all rooms, uPVC double glazed. Side veranda.
No 5: 2007 model Cosalt Sandhurst 35’ x 12’ First bedroom with double bed and en-suite with toilet and wash basin, second bedroom with twin beds, shower room with toilet and wash basin. Full central heating in all rooms, uPVC double glazing. Front and side veranda with tables & chairs.
All Caravans have: Full size cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Cooking and eating utensils, pillows, hollow-fibre continental quilts. Linen is provided but does not include towels. Colour TV and DVD player.
Bookings: require completion of booking form and payment of £100 deposit, the balance being paid 14 days before commencement of the booking period.
No pets or smoking allowed in any of our caravans.

- Entry on day of arrival is after 3pm. For late arrivals please let us know in advance.
- Please vacate caravans by 10am on the day of departure. Caravans must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
